Animation of February 2024 ENSO Outlook. Red bars are chances for El Nino. They remain large until Spring when chances for El Nino drop. Gray bars represent chances for ENSO-Neutral. These get larger in spring. Blue bars represent chances for La Nina. These get larger by late spring early summer.
